FORECLOSURE NOTICE
DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by GARY BRUCE ANDERSON and WIFE, PATRICIA ANDERSON to CALVIN WELLS, which mortgage was executed on SEPTEMBER 18, 2006, and which was recorded on SEPTEMBER 19, 2006 in Mortgage Book 1412, Page 99 in the Office of the Judge of Probate, DeKalb County, Alabama;
AND DEFAULT CONTINUING, notice hereby is given that under the power of sale contained in said Real Estate Mortgage, I will, on behalf of CALVIN WELLS, proceed to sell on June 25, 2019, during the legal hours of sale; to-wit: 11:00 o’clock a.m. to 4:00 o’clock p.m., in front of the main entrance to the DeKalb County Courthouse in Fort Payne, Alabama, to the highest, best, and last bidder for cash, the following described real estate situated in DeKalb County, Alabama, and described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 8 East of the Huntsville Meridian and proceed North 89 degrees 51 minutes West along the South boundary of said ¼ – ¼ for a distance of 402.3 feet to a point on the Northwest right of way boundary of Delta Street (40 ft. R.O.W.), said point being the point of beginning; thence leaving the Northwest right of way boundary of said street, proceed North 89 degrees 51 minutes West and continue along the South boundary of said ¼ – ¼ for a distance of 238.1 feet to a point; thence leaving the South boundary of said ¼ – ¼, proceed North 30 degrees 53 minutes East and parallel to Alabama Highway #75 for a distance of 484.6 feet; thence proceed South 57 degrees 25 minutes East for a distance of 209.8 feet to a point on the Northwest right of way boundary of Delta Street; thence proceed South 31 degrees 41 minutes West along the Northwest right of way boundary of said street for a distance of 356.7 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel of land lying in the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 8 East, Town of Sylvania, DeKalb County, Alabama.
Said sale is for the purpose of securing payment of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage, together with the costs of foreclosure.
