The City of Rainsville Office of Revenue and Zoning has
received an application for a request for a special request for a home based business at the following location:
Commencing at a stone with “X” marking the SE corner of the SE 1/4 Quarter of the NE quarter of Section 26, Township 6 South, Range 7 East of the Huntsville Meridian, run N 88′ 44’30” for 333.03 feet to an existing 4 inch iron pipe used as a corner fence post, said point is marking the Wigley Estates as shown on revised plat recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 37, Slide 165 in the Probate Office of DeKalb County, Alabama; thence run S 889′ 04’10” W for 446.28 feet to an iron pin with cap (PLS11568) for the point of beginning. Thence continues S 89′ 04’10” W for 42.78 feet; thence run S 89′ 03’14” W for 488.35 feet to an iron pin with cap (PLS11568) marking the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 26; thence run S 89′ 56’25” W for 9.66 feet to an iron pin with cap (PLS11568) on the Easterly right of way line of Clements Road (F0 Foot R.O.W.); thence run in a Northerly direction with said Easterly right of way line the following chords: N10’47’46” W for 50.96 feet; thence run N 06’23’26” East for 112.07 feet; thence run N 13’25’35” E for 91.49 feet; thence run N 13’215’35” E for 25.19 feet; thence run N 15’20’25” E for 78.75 feet; thence leaving said right of way line N 89’04’10” E for 447.15 feet; thence run due South 350.06 feet and to the point of beginning.
The above decribed parcel of land lying in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, Towhship 6 South, Range 7 East of the Huntsville Meridian in DeKalb County, Alabama and containing 3.90 acres more or less.
Together with a nonexclusive easement 30.00 feet in width measured perpendicular to, the North boundary line of the above 3.90 acre parcel which is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly most corner of the above dsescribed parcel run N 89’04’10” E for 447.15 feet thence run dues South 30.00 feet; thence run S 89’04’10” W for 455.15 feet to a point on the said Easterly right of way line; thence run N 15’20’25” E with said Easterly right of way line for 31.25 feet. Less and Except the Sand Mountain Electric Cooperative utility easement crossing the Westerly half of the above 3.90 acre parcel.
