RAINSVILLE—The Rainsville City Council had special visitors at its March 4, 2024, meeting. Career Tech Director Jonathan Phillips, Assistant Career Tech Director Joey Haymon, and Career Coach David Holt represented the DeKalb County Technology Center(DCTC) and were presented with a proclamation honoring the school for its fifty years of contributions to the students and residents of DeKalb County.
