NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Chad Everett Neeley and Lagina R. Neeley, Husband and Wife, to AmSouth Bank, on May 9, 2003, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County, Alabama, on May 12, 2003 at Book MTG 1121, at Page 187-199, as Document Number 176093. Regions Bank successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the DeKalb County Courthouse, in Fort Payne, Alabama, on April 19, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama, to-wit:
Situated in DeKalb County, Lot No. 11 in Block “C” in the Rainbow Subdivision to the City of Rainsville, Alabama according to a plat or survey of same, which is recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 81 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County, which said plat is incorporated into and made a part of this description.
Subject to easements and rights of way appearing on the above plat. Subject also to restrictions recorded in DeKalb County Probate Office in Misc. Book Z at Pages 331-332.
