NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Justin Jackson and Amber Jackson, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, its successors and assigns, on February 22, 2016, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County, Alabama, on February 24, 2016 at Book MTG 2132, at Page 14, as Document Number 3081230. PHH Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the DeKalb County Courthouse, in Fort Payne, Alabama, on June 15, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama, to-wit:
Starting 528 feet West of the Northeast corner of Section 32, Township 5, Range 8 East; thence South 520 feet to point of beginning; thence West 209 feet; thence South 209 feet; thence East 209 feet; thence North 209 feet to point of beginning containing 1 acre and being located in the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast 1/4, Section 32, Township 5 Range 8 and also beginning at the Southeast corner of the J.T. Vaughn lot in of Sylvania and run West 209 feet with said Vaughn Line, thence South 104.1/2 feet, thence East 209 feet, thence North 104.1/2 feet to point of beginning containing ½ acre more or less and all of the above described land being situated in DeKalb County, Alabama. Fort description of Vaughn lot see Book 32, Page 359, Office of the Judge of Probate, DeKalb County, Alabama.

Thence North 83 degrees, 28 minutes West 209 feet to the lands of the of the DeKalb County Board of Education; thence North 8 degrees, 42 minutes East along the lands of the DeKalb County Board of Education to line of the lands of the DeKalb County Board of Education; thence in an Easterly direction to the right of way of the public road; thence Southwesterly to the Point of Beginning: LESS AND EXCEPT: Any part of the above lying within the right of way of the public road.
It is intended to convey the lands of the Grantors which is bounded on the North and West by the lands of the DeKalb County Board of Education; on the East by the public road and on the South by lands described in Deed Book 748, Page 140, whether or not correctly described herein.
