NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jon Maverick Masters and Taylor Brooke McCollum Masters, husband and wife, to Mortgage Electronic Registration systems, Inc, as mortgagee, as nominee for NFM, Inc., its successors and assigns, on October 20, 2021, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County, Alabama, on October 28, 2021 at Book 5001, at Page 21996. Freedom Mortgage Corporation, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the DeKalb County Courthouse, in Fort Payne, Alabama, on June 12, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama, to-wit:

Thence leaving said South boundary line run S21°07’56″W into Section 2, Township 9 South, Range 5 East of the Huntsville Meridian, for 103.31 feet to a (PK nail) point in the centerline of pavement of Dekalb County Road No. 433 (30’ROW); thence with said centerline run N64°49’08″W for 227.24 feet to a point; thence leaving said centerline run N32°39’15″E (passing through a reference iron pin set at 30 feet from the centerline) for a total of 332.37 feet to an iron pin set with a cap stamped (CA179LS)(Croft); thence run S79°14’54″E for 175.65 feet to a iron pin set (capped CA179LS) (Croft); thence run S23°46’45″W for 270.35 feet and to the point of beginning.
