NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Beatrice Chavez to James Moreno and Brenda Lee Moreno on the 27th day of April, 2017, and recorded in Mortgage Book 2191 at Page 260 in the office of the Judge of Probate of DeKalb County, Alabama.
Under and by virtue of the power of Sale contained in said mortgage, the said James Moreno and Brenda Lee Moreno will sell at public outcry, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in front of the courthouse in Fort Payne, DeKalb County, Alabama on the 11th day of April, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, at 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the following described real estate situated in County, Alabama, to-wit;
Lot Number 7 in the Block Number 3, in the Lelia Gains Subdivision, Crossville, Alabama, as appears of record in Plat Book 3, Page 30, Office of the Judge of Probate for DeKalb County, Alabama.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses to foreclosure.
