Notice of Sale of Real and Personal Property
In accordance with orders of the DeKalb County Probate Court, on September 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., the administrators of the estate will sell at public outcry certain real property described in Exhibit A, identified in revenue office as parcel number 21-07-25-0-000-010.000. Administrators will also sell certain personal property, including a freezer, 2006 Chevrolet HHR, John Deere lawn tractor, Maytag washer and dryer, sofa, chairs, bedroom furniture and other home furnishings.
The sale will be held at 1098 County Road 453 in Collinsville, Alabama. The sale will be conducted by Auctions United, Inc. and Wilson Realty.
Terms of sale for real property: A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid on real property and will be due the date of the sale. The balance is due on or before closing within 30 days. Sale may be subject to final approval from Probate Court.
Terms of sale for personal property: A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid. The total amount will be due the date of the sale. No credit cards. Cash or personal checks gladly accepted.
Exhibit A: Begin at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Fourth of the Northeast Fourth of Section 25, Township 7 South of Range 7 East; thence run West 528 feet to the Southeast corner of the Debra Jean Bolt lot; thence run due North with said lot 1320 feet to the North boundary line of said forty; thence run East on the boundary line 528 feet to the Northeast corners of said forty; thence run due South on the East boundary line of said forty 1320 feet to the Southeast corner of said forty, the point of beginning, containing 16 acres, more or less, situated in DeKalb County, Alabama.

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 7 East in DeKalb County, Alabama, which point is believed to be either at the intersection or within the intersection of the County Road running along the East boundary and the County Road running along the North boundary of said forty; thence run West along the North line of said forty for a distance of 570 feet to the point of beginning, said point of beginning being approximately 10 feet East of the centerline of an existing drive; thence run East along North line of said forty for a distance of 42 feet to the Northwest corner of the 16 acre tract of real estate described in Deed Book 230, page 414, which was inherited by Shirley Thompson under the Will of Bertha Thompson which was admitted to probate on March 19, 2008, in the Probate Court of DeKalb County, Alabama; thence run South along the West line of said 16 acres tract 300 feet, thence run West 42 feet; thence run North 300 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.29 acres, more or less.

Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 7 East in DeKalb County, Alabama, which point is believed to be either at the intersection or within the County Road running long the East boundary and the County Road running along the North boundary of said forty; thence run West along the North line of said forty for a distance of 570 feet; thence South along the East line of a tract conveyed to Roger Thompson by Shirley Thompson as Personal Representative of the Estate of Bertha Thompson recorded in Deed Book 710, page 9, for a distance of 300 feet to the Southeast corner of said tract and the point of beginning; thence continue South 125 feet; thence run West 275 feet; thence run South 895.0 feet to the South line of said forty (this is also the Southwest corner of the Bertha and Hubert Thompson 16 acre tract in Deed Book 236, page 300); thence run East along the South line of said forty 317 feet (this is the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Bertha and Hubert Thompson tract) and to the Southwest corner of a 16 acre tract conveyed to Shirley Thompson by Shirley Thompson as Personal Representative of the Estate of Bertha Thompson recorded in Deed Book 709, page 196; thence run North and with the West line of the Shirley Thompson tract in Deed Book 709, 196, for a distance of 1020 feet to the Southeast corner of another tract conveyed to Shirley Thompson by Roger and Denise Thompson in Deed Book 710, page 17; thence run West 42 feet to the point of beginning.
