ROW); thence proceed North 50 deg 38 min East along the Southeast ROW boundary of said street for a distance of 24.0 ft to an iron pin with cap (PLS#11568), said point being the point of beginning; thence continue North 50 deg 38 min East along the Southeast ROW boundary of said street for a distance of 146.0 feet to an iron pin with cap (PLS#11568); thence leaving said ROW boundary, proceed South 42 deg 35 min East for a distance of 208.0 ft to an iron pin with cap (PLS#11568); thence proceed South 47 deg 00 min West for a distance of 195.0 ft to an iron pin with cap (PLS#11568); thence proceed North 29 deg 50 min West for a distance of 223.1 ft to the point of beginning.
