point on the North line of said quarter section 100.0 feet East of the beginning point; thence run West along the North line of said quarter 100.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.3 acres, more or less. The most southern 50 feet of said property is conveyed subject to an easement or right of way to provide undisturbed ingress, egress from the public highway which is the Southwest
boundary of the property conveyed hereby to other property now owned by grantors East and Southeast of the property conveyed hereby and said right of way or easement shall forever run with the title to the property conveyed hereby and to the property from which this tract is carved whether the same be mentioned in any conveyance thereof or not; ROGER G. BIDDLE; the unknown heirs of ROGER G. BIDDLE; and all other persons

Plaintiff Sonny Patterson has filed a complaint seeking to quiet title to the following described property:
