Goldie On The Loose
I need your help! My name is Goldie. I may look a little different to you because I am not just an ordinary guy. I am a golden press pass whose job is to search high and low for stories to pass on to my owners. I am in quite a pickle at the present. I am lost somewhere in the Mountain Valley News’ coverage area, and I can’t seem to get back on the right path.
I need you to help me find my way home. Look for clues in the Mountain Valley New newspaper, within the businesses of the contest sponsors, and once a week on Mountain Valley News’ Facebook Page. Starting May 23, 2019, Mountain Valley News will publish a new clue in the paper that will hopefully help rescue me from my present location. Area business sponsors will have one bonus clue available at their business each week. On each Friday until I am found, MVN will post an additional bonus clue on its Facebook page.
What is in it for you? If you are the clever individual that locates me and returns me to MVN newspaper all in one piece, you will receive $500.00.
To participate in the search, look on public property only. No destruction of any kind is required to find me. No digging, trespassing, or climbing on buildings is required. Employees or immediate family members of Mountain Valley News are not eligible to win. Mountain Valley News will not be responsible for any damage or accidents occurring during the search for the Golden Press Pass.
